Financial Coaching

We are the essential worker. We are the most impacted, yet the focus of the resources aren’t being invested in us. We cannot wait for a government that has never prioritized us. We must look out for ourselves.
— Malcolm Jenkins, Safety for the New Orleans Saints

We help Black individuals and families take control of their money, heal from financial stress, and build lasting wealth. Our coaching is designed to meet people where they are—understanding that money challenges are often tied to life experiences, family history, and barriers beyond their control. These injustices don’t just shape access to resources; they also leave emotional and psychological imprints around money.

Black Royalty exists at the intersection of financial empowerment, cultural healing, and community resilience. We provide trauma-informed, healing-centered financial coaching designed specifically for Black Americans—individuals and families navigating the compounded effects of systemic inequities, generational trauma, and financial exclusion.

Our approach combines practical financial education with compassionate coaching to break those cycles. We provide:

  • Address financial trauma: unpack harmful money habits, intergenerational patterns, and survival-based behaviors.

  • Family-focused coaching – because building wealth often involves the whole household, not just individuals.

  • A path from surviving to thriving – empowering clients to move beyond day-to-day struggles and plan for a stronger financial future.

  • Develop practical skills: create budgets, eliminate debt, build credit, and grow wealth through tools and strategies that feel aligned and achievable.

  • Dream beyond survival: support families in shifting from scarcity to abundance, envisioning futures rooted in wellness and prosperity.

We believe financial well-being is about more than numbers—it’s about peace of mind, confidence, and creating opportunities for the next generation. Our goal is to help Black families rewrite their financial stories and build the security and freedom they deserve.
